Michigan Lighthouse Gifts: Big Sable Point and Grand Haven
Along the Lake Michigan shore, a lighthouse is more than a landmark. It's the place you walked to on a summer evening, the light you watched from the beach, the picture on the fridge for years after. Our lighthouse gifts hold two of those places. Big Sable Point Light, near Ludington, has stood since 1867, a white tower with a black middle band above the dunes, and we show it at sunset. Grand Haven's red south pier lights and their elevated catwalk appear iced up after a winter storm, the way the lakeshore looks in the cold months. You'll find them as ornaments, plain or personalized with your family name and a second line, as First Christmas in Michigan and New Home in Michigan ornaments, and as coaster sets of four identical coasters. Each is made to order in the USA. For anyone who loves the lights along our shore, these are a warm way to bring one home for Christmas.
